Apple Crumble


12 oz peeled, sliced apples
2 oz sugar
very little water
and 2 oz butter
4 oz self-raising flour
2-3 oz sugar
1 pinch cinnamon


Simmer apples, sugar and water until soft.
Rub butter into flour till fine crumbs.
Add in sugar and cinnamon.
Put apple mix in dish, spread crumble on top.
Bake at 200 degrees till crumble looks golden brown.
